:( you knew it was gonna happen.
i knew there was no way in hell the Jackets could win against the WANGS, but hey, a girl can hope.
it was looking pretty good for the Jackets, last night, the fourth game in the series. they scored more goals last night than they have in the whole series.
you could almost believe they might win it. almost. i did EVERYTHING.
wore my filatov jersey, prayed, chanted, played lucky songs, did my Blue Jackets win stomp.
but in the end, it wasn't enough. and now their season has ended.
the only thing i take comfort in is the fact that they actually were able to MAKE it into the playoffs. they should be proud of that accomplishment.
detroit= fags. at least to me. they are too good -.- freaking GOALIE,
CHRIS, WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE SO osGOOD???????
- in other news, St. Louis: SWEPT, Montreal:SWEPT (can you believe fans mocked price at his own arena???), flyers are still alive and breathing-barely, and the caps are down 3-1. well, f they get booted in the first round, my cup predictions SUCK.
IN THE WORLD STAGE::
- Canada with a 6-1 win over Belarus. heaters and stamkos scored twice :) (no offense to you Belorussians, but did you really expect to win? :/)

TOKIO HOTEL FANFIC!!!!!
Chapter 1- First Sight.
Tom sat in the back of the bus. His guitar rested beside him, the head protruding into the aisle. His blond dreads were tucked into his usual cap, and his baggy pants and t-shirt were making him sweat in the warm summer weather.
His arms were folded across his chest, his full lips in a pout. He did NOT want to be here. Not one bit. His parents had decided to send him to camp Lake Shores so he would gain some "perspective". Whatever that meant.
He guessed that he had made some mistakes this year, but what was wrong with just talking to him about it? His parents were cowards, apparently. So now he was stuck in nowheresville, Germany. And he was not one bit happy.
–
Bill sat in the front. His long black hair covered almost all of his face. He was bent over a notebook, recording his thoughts. The hot summer day was making him sweat, and his eye make up was probably running. He snapped his black arm band, deep in thought .
He hated the actual idea of CAMP, and honest-to-goodness NATURE, but it was a much better option than spending his summers at home. He was actually sort of looking forward to waking up to the bright morning sunshine, and not to his father’s fist....No. He would NOT think about any of that.
This was, in a way, his vacation. And he intended to make the best of it, as if that were possible..
–
"Hi!" a blond boy with exceptionally blue eyes said to Tom enthusiastically. Tom nodded in the boy’s direction. "Hey," he replied, waving half heartedly. "My name is Andreas!" the boy told him, smiling so widely that it was borderline creepy. "Umm.. I’m Tom. " Tom told him, trying to arrange his features into a smile.
He thought that he probably looked like a freak. But if he did, Andreas didn’t notice. "So, this is your first year?" he inquired. Tom nodded. "Oh, well I really hope we’re in the same bunk!" Andreas exclaimed. "Yeah, it’d be a real riot.." Tom muttered, fanning himself. Damn, it really was boiling in here...
Andreas finally gave up and wandered up front to sit with an older looking guy with insane muscles, and a nerdy guy with blond hair.
Tom shrugged. He wasn’t here to make friends. He strummed his guitar absentmindedly. He was working on a new rhythm, he thought he might call it "black". But he was having some trouble with he words. He just wasn’t very good at poems and such, he figured.
He sighed, and continued strumming.
–
Bill was in the middle of a sentence when a tall, lanky guy-probably one of the counsellors-got up from his seat and informed everyone that they were here. The bus erupted in cheers, and Bill clapped half heartedly. If he could have stayed in the bus the whole summer instead of going to camp, he probably would’ve.
But obviously that wasn’t an option. Grudgingly, he got up, clutching his notebook and his iPod to his chest. He averted his eyes from the counsellors and other campers as he descended the steps and got his first real look at camp.
Tom squinted in the bright sunshine, trying to make out his surroundings. The first things he saw were the trees. They were EVERYWHERE. "Hi!!" called a voice. Tom whirled around, to face an older woman with short gray hair and a sun visor. "Hallo dear, I am nurse Helen. What’s your name?" she asked politely.
"Tom Trümper," he replied. She nodded and glanced down at a clipboard in her hand. "Bunk 483." she informed him. She pointed to a path. "Follow that trail. Your cabin will be the fourth on the left." she patted his back encouragingly.
Tom nodded mutely, and started walking on the trail that would surely lead him to his misery.
–
Bill trudged along the path, dragging his heavy black duffel behind him. God, it sure was heavy. He kept his head down as the other children ran by him, laughing and talking, hugging old friends and welcoming new ones.
He sighed. Nobody seemed to want to welcome him, but he expected that. Even though he saw it coming, it still hurt him when people insulted him. He just didn’t show it.
Bill walked up to the cabin, and took a deep breath. He reached his hand out to open the doorknob, but the door was flung open by a boy in baggy jeans and dreads. The two boys gaped at one another.
–
Tom finally spoke. "The girl’s cabins are over there." he said, pointing to illustrate. The girl standing at the door looked a little insulted. She ran a manicured finger through her jet black hair and pursed her full lips.
"Hey," Tom thought. "She’s kinda cute." The girl put a hand on her hip and glowered at Tom. "I’m a boy." she-him-IT said.
"Oh, well.. Oh ok...ar..." Tom stammered. He could feel his cheeks flushing bright red. He hastily stepped away, letting the "it" pass him.
Suddenly, camp was definitely more interesting....
–
Bill shuffled into the cabin, afraid to look anyone in the eye. That little episode with the wannabe gangster boy in baggy clothes had him a bit shaken up. But he knew the worst was yet to come.
A blond boy with bright blue eyes got up from his seat on the floor.
"The girl’s cabins are over THERE." he gestured with his hand.
"So I’ve been told," Bill muttered.
"Well, what are you waiting for?" a redheaded kid with freckles piped up. "Get outta here!"
Bill raised his head. "I AM a boy!" he yelled.
Suddenly it was silent in the boy’s cabin, except for the soft popping noises that could only be the boys’ mouths opening in shock. Bill was quite used to that sound by now.
~tell me what you think :) (steal any of it and i will hunt you down -.-)

NHL draft lottery, Playoffs.
NHL DRAFT LOTTERY::
1st pick-New York Islanders
2nd pick-Tampa Bay Lightning
3rd pick-Colarado Avalanche
4th pick-Atlanta Thrashers
5th pick-LA Kings
totally saw it coming. Islanders obviously got first pick. 10 bucks they pick Tavares. but really, the team needs all the help it can get/
and tampa bay will probably go with hedman, Colarado with Paajarvi svensson, and so on. so ottawa is in the 9th spot, so they still have the chance of getting one of the top ten prospects. still, i totally want them to get Hedman or Paajarvi Svensson. they are awesome <33
kk, so enough with the drafts, now the PLAYOFFS! i am actually watching the Pens/Flyers game right now, and Sid the Kid totally just scored :) you go guys! * i lovee the pens, freaking amazing team. Malkin, Crosby, Letang, Fleury, Talbot, etc... :p
so uh, if anyone cares about my playoff predictions- washington winning the cup. nobody thinks its gonna be washington. they are all convinced its gonna be the Sharks, or Detroit or something again. but me, i am smart.
seriously, if the Caps DO win the cup, everyone owes me 20 bucks. you know it.

hai!
COLUMBUS BLUE JACKETS ARE INTHE PLAYOFFS!!!!!
*tap dances across the basement*
kk, happiest moment of my life. i am so stoked the the Jackets are in the playoff race :) but they are facing off against DETROIT. the red wings, or as i just so cleverly thought of-wangs- lmfao, sorry. anyways, the red wings were the cup winners last year. which means I am insanely panicked for the Blue Jackets.
i mean, i hope they can pull it off, they have a great team, STEVE MASON FTW, but detroit is fricken pro. lmfao, "teams with speed and skill give the blue jackets fits". well, that's why the Jackets are so lucky to have steve mason! ROOKIE OF THE YEAR.
i was reading the ottawa citizen this past saturday, and in the column, it was talking about how "you might have a spring fling with the Jackets," please, not a bunch of fairweather fans. seriously, my friend totally is though. he ranked columbus as his second favorite team in the NHL, and HE DOESNT EVEN KNOW THE PLAYERS' NUMBERS. he thought VERMETTE was #20, when any sensible person would know that 20 is HUSELIUS. like, doi! :P
ok, so heres to hoping that can pull of at least a first roun win~ *crosses fingers*
TOP 5 PLAYERS:
-nikita filatov
duhhh, obvious choice. not only is he crazy good, but he is freaking hot. even my MOM cant resist his charm. i actually went to a Syracuse Crunch game over march break, and i got the oppertunity to go to ice level and take pictures. i almost DIEEEEDDD of the sheer hotness :D and btw, he totally looked at me (:
-erik karlsson
swedish babeeee. i just think that its amazing how teeny he is, and he can still show his teeth with the giants (aka, victor hedman) and his accent and beautiful brown eyes are killer.
-steve mason
kk, how could he NOT be on anyone's favourite players list?! he is freaking amazing! "....the build of Tom Barrasso and the disposition of Patrick Roy..." :) boo yaa! and he's a total baby face. too bad i didn't live in columbus, so i could watch him and the jackets kick some red wings arse :P
-brian lee
ok, so he has a littlle bit of a mouth on him, and he takes shitty penalties, but seriously, he's talented. he's got 'franchise defensemen' written all over him. plus, i have had the privelage of seeing him shirtless. one word: hot. and i have been to a sens game, i found it hard, reeeeaaaallllly hard to take my eyes off him and focus on the actual game
-alex ovechkin
lmfao, i bet you knew this was coming. at first, i totally thought he was an ass, and he was stupid , and full of it, and ugly. but, i dunno, i saw a video of him...and who knows, something snapped in me. he IS really good, no matter what people say, he HAS to be good, otherwise he wouldnt pull the stats he has. and i don't even know why, but i somehow find him attractive O.O which is wrong on so many levels. like, seriously, he's a beast. but a hot one. i think i am insane
